Town and Country offers
a choice of two Sunday morning worship services, one traditional
liturgical service and a later contemporary service that follows
the pattern of classic Lutheran Worship with song, readings,
the Creed, and a spirit filled message.
The Scripture readings and message are the same in both Sunday
morning services. The songs will lift your heart with joy and
the sermon message will help prepare you for both the large
and small challenges of life we all face.

Sunday Morning Worship
- 8:15 am Traditional/Liturgical Service
- Members and visitors who have a long Lutheran faith tradition
will feel at home in the Classic worship service. Attendees
are called to examine their hearts and lives, repent of
their sins, accept the forgiveness freely offered through
Jesus, and join in praise and worship through the rich music
and lyrics of traditional hymns flowing from the pipe organ.
Anyone who grew up in the Lutheran Church will feel like
they came home to Town and Country. Those looking for a
rock solid foundation on which to build their faith will
find a cornerstone in the Word of God and the doctrine of
the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod.
9:40 am Bible Study and Sunday School
- Sunday morning bible classes follow the social time and
offer an array of traditional bible study as well as topic-oriented
classes for adults and children.
10:51 am Contemporary/New
Sight 10:51
- The passion of Pastor Russ Hess and his wife Krista fill
the Church during the contemporary "10:51" New
Sight worship service. (Mark 10:51) Through modern Christian
music mixed with the Word of God, this service invites and
leads attendees to bow before the Throne of God. Then through
songs of joy, praise, and worship the Congregation is renewed
in the certain forgiveness and future life in Heaven through
faith and trust in our Lord Jesus Christ. The superb band,
the powerful and touching voices of the song leaders, and
the enthusiasm of the Congregation are not only uplifting,
but have the rock solid foundation of the Word of God and
Lutheran doctrine.
Child Care 8:00am - 12:00 pm
- An attended nursery is available during both services
and Bible Study/Sunday School
Fellowship Time 9:20 - 9:40 am
- Like many other Christian Churches, Town and Country has
a brief social time complete with coffee and treats where
members and visitors renew friendships and form new ones.
- Midweek Worship
Midweek Services are held during Advent, Lent and Holy Week
and on festival days such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter,
and Ascension

"Listening
Ears "
Young Samuel was confused and thought he may need
his hearing checked. Maybe that was Eli's thought
after Samuel came to him three times. "Getting
a Fresh Start" means being attuned to the
voice of God through His Word. Do we have listening
ears to hear from Him each day as we read His
Word. He's given us a fresh start--keeping that
fresh means having "listening ears."

"A Sense of Urgency"
Life
can dull our senses--especially when it comes
to seeing people as God sees them. People matter
to God. Especially those who don't have a relationship
with Him. Our passages remind us of the need to
have a sense of urgency to emulate God's heart
for people. This heart and urgency keeps us energized
and fresh in spirit to Him.

"The
Real Battle"
Who or what is the real battle for the Christian?
Whom did Jesus come to conquer, sin, death, the
devil? Yes, all three. Forgotten is often Satan
and his demons. Jesus has an encounter with a
man possessed with an evil spirit. The evil spirit
knew what the real battle was and is. Do we? And
who has power of Satan and evil?

"The
Strong Wait and Pray"
He gives power to the weary--young men stumble
and fall but those who wait on the Lord will renew
their strength...rising very early in the morning,
while it was still dark, he departed and went
out to a desolate place, and there he prayed."
Now there's a fresh start for renewal and strength!

"Pride,
Schmyde"
Is pride getting in the way of your trust in the
Lord? Is it hard for you to ask for help when
you need it? Is it hard for you to seek and ask
God for things you think you should handle yourself?
Humble yourself and He will lift you up and give
you a fresh start.

"The
Reveal "
Homeowners hand over major projects to professionals
and then are led in blindfolded to see the "reveal."
What was "revealed" on Mt. Sinai?; On
the Mt. of Transfiguration? -- a stunning reveal
of Christ that more than changes our lives forever.
