Sacramento Crisis Nurseries Donation Tree

This Christmas Season and hopefully throughout the year, the Board of Parish Outreach would like for our church to be one of the supporters of the Sacramento Crisis nurseries.

The Sacramento Crisis Nursery offers a safe haven for children whose parents are experiencing a stressful situation. Children, through five years of age, may stay a maximum of 30 days in the 24-hour facility. Services are provided free of charge, placements are voluntary, and all services are confidential. The Crisis Nursery also provides in-home support, referals to other agencies., and follow-up assistance.

We will have a tree in the narthex of the church with cards for you to choose. Rather than a gift for a child, this year it will be a donation of a specific item(s) needed by the nursery. You can leave the items in the box provided, and one of us will deliver them to the nursery.
