LifeBuilder courses are offered to guide
and support values essential for "Building Up Lives...Through
Christ". Each "room" of our Blueprint for Growth
areas has a LifeBuilder course. It is our goal that all members
of Town and Country tour all the rooms and devote themselves to
these spiritual values that under gird our mission and ministry.
This course covers the essentials of the Christian faith. It is
designed for newcomers seeking membership at Town and Country, those
desiring more information about Christianity, or others who may
want a refresher in their understanding of their faith.
This hands-on-course is an introduction to the life changing practices needed to grow in Christ. The why's and how's of Bible reading and study, prayer, worship fellowship, and giving will be covered. Tools will be given to help you develop your faith and life in Jesus for years to come. Maturity...Hearing Christ's call to "follow Him" we are committed to applying the disciplines necessary to grow in our relationship with Jesus. (back)
You may know the value and joy of using your gifts and abilities in helping others. Imagine using them to serve your Lord in our church and community! This course enables participants to learn about spiritual gifts; the discovery and affirmation of one's own spiritual gifts; and the opportunities at Town and Country to use those gifts, interests, and abilities to build up the church to the glory of God. Ministry...We desire to discover and use the spiritual gifts and abilities God has given each of us to server Jesus Christ in ministry through the church. (back)
This course gives participants tools to help them share their faith in a natural, personal way. Creative ways of reaching out to our community may be discussed along with special outreach activities at Town and Country. Reaching out is exciting and fun! It is the heartbeat of God-that all come to know His love through Christ.
